Happy May Day!
Today I want to show you something a little different. I just created it yesterday:
It’s my first major stab at sort-of subway art. I’m into digital scrapbooking a little. It’s not something I do on a super-regular basis, but I do enjoy creating our own Christmas cards every year as well as invitations to various events and things of that nature. I don’t consider myself an expert, but I like the stuff I’ve made and I have fun doing it!
Are you interested in learning about digital scrapbooking? I learned pretty much everything I know from this lovely lady:
I have the pleasure of having known Colette personally and she is one of the nicest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Her blog has tons of info and freebies and everything you’ll need to know if you want to get started. Definitely check it out.
Like Colette, I use Scrapbook Max! to do all of my digital scrapping. I like it because it is very easy to use and pretty much meets all of my needs (and beyond). And just FYI, I’m not receiving compensation for saying that—I really just think the program is great!
Want to know what I have planned for my new piece of art? I’ll show you next week, but here’s a hint:
I’m really excited about this! But there are a few finishing touches I need to add, so keep checking back to find out more!
